RSK ADAS is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team based out of our offices near Nottingham, UK (with the potential to move to hybrid working following probationary period).
You will work within the Sustainable Agricultural Systems Team providing a range of financial and project administration support for Project Managers, alongside assisting with the improvement of business processes and the application of financial controls on projects.
Key responsibilities:
1. Working with a small team of project administrators to provide a range of financial and project administration support for Project Managers.
2. Raise and issue sales invoices to clients, including multi-currency projects.
3. Create purchase order numbers and process supplier invoices ensuring details are coded
accurately.
4. Request credit checks and set up new client and supplier accounts.
5. Assist Project Managers to maintain accurate project data.
6. Prepare and distribute project reports.
Person specification:
7. Previous internal purchasing/project administration experience would be desirable.
8. To have good data accuracy and attention to detail with a good level of numeracy and IT skills.
9. High-level keyboard and computing skills using MS Word, Excel and Access.
10. To be well organised and efficient with confident and professional communication skills.
11. To work flexibly as part of a team.
12. Self-motivated and capable of working without supervision.
