Snr Product Manager, Performance Excellence, RCM EU
Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives that will innovate the Middle Mile transportation. You will define the vision that builds a new standard for our customers and stakeholders while satisfying performance.
In this role, you will partner with technology, operations, and program teams to define and roll out the long-term strategy and execution details for RCM Performance and Carrier Experience and drive goodness in key metrics. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Work as liaison for tech and business - working on product strategy, feature design, and implementation across Europe.
2. Handle complex product development and business management scenarios while evaluating smart trade-offs (time vs. effort vs. features) and making data-driven decisions by assessing different scenarios through simulations.
3. Own business and product success metrics through coordination across technology, operations, business, and product stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. A degree or equivalent.
2. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
3. Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
4. Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
5. Experience as a product manager or owner.
6. Experience owning technology products.
7. Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
2. Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
