We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading engineering solutions provider in Bellshill. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems for automation and process control projects. You'll work across a variety of manufacturing environments, contributing to both large-scale projects and smaller system upgrades.
Producing detailed electrical designs for control and automation systems
✔ Creating schematics, layouts, and panel designs using AutoCAD or EPLAN
✔ Specifying and selecting electrical components
✔ Supporting installation, testing, and commissioning activities
✔ Collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
Electrical design for industrial automation & control systems
AutoCAD or EPLAN for schematics and layouts
Panel design, cable calculations, and load assessments
✅ Preferred Qualifications: Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field
✅ Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK
✨ Background in Food & Beverage or Process Industries
