Learning Support Assistant – Swanscombe
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join a school in Swanscombe, where you'll play a key role in supporting children, including those with special educational needs (SEND).

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 or small group support to students, including those with SEND.
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to adapt learning materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
Is open to working with children with special educational needs.
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is patient, understanding, and able to build positive relationships with students.
Can work well as part of a team, supporting both students and teaching staff.

Requirements:
Experience working with children, especially those with SEND, is highly desirable.
A willingness to learn and adapt to different learning needs.
An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
