Head of Creative - Brand - Remote with Monthly Office Days Based in The North
I am looking for an experienced Head of Creative to drive marketing and branding initiatives for a fantastic, growing Ed Tech brand.
What I need from you:
1. You are a hands-on creative lead / head of creative / associate creative director with strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
2. You have a beautifully presented portfolio of work displaying your ability to work from concept to development and completion across multiple platforms to drive consumer engagement with a brand.
3. Strategic and fresh conceptual thinking with the ability to translate your thinking into the mechanics of a brief for video, design, or copy, including hands-on work.
4. Expertise in Art Direction.
5. B2B and B2C experience.
6. Commercially minded and KPI driven.
7. Team management & development experience is an absolute must - at least 2 or 3 direct lead level reports.
8. Studio operations experience including team performance, workflow, and resource management.
9. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management with the ability to get your teams and stakeholders on board with your vision.
10. An approachable and friendly nature with a lack of ego and a strong ability to build rapport with your colleagues.
11. The ability to confidently and articulately pitch and present your ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
12. The desire to keep up with trends and best practices, inspiring teams to do so.
13. Forward-thinking with confidence in challenging briefs.
Salary: £70-£85k depending on experience
Location: Remote with monthly office days based in The North
