We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Operations Administrator to join our team at our Head Office. Job Summary: We are looking for a part-time Operations Administrator to support our operations and training departments. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks and offers flexibility in working hours. The successful candidate will be able to choose how to split their 24-hour work week, provided it occurs between Monday and Friday, and they inform us of their schedule in advance. Key Responsibilities: Perform all general administrative tasks as required. Book and check medicals, sending results to depots. Compile and collate information for East Midlands and salary payroll, completing necessary paperwork at month-end. Update payroll information for all staff, including processing pay increases. Maintain regular communication with Health Shield Company (LRCC Health Scheme). Issue digital and paper bus passes to depots and keep up-to-date records of issues. Act as Company Invigilator during employee theory tests. Maintain records of all Training Bonds activated. Issue CPC certificates Check renewals and new employee applications for DBS. Liaise with DBS on application issues and the issuance of badges. Take minutes of disciplinary meetings. Handle various other day-to-day administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous administrative experience is preferred. Benefits: Flexible working hours.
