About the Role They are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Designer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Product Managers, and Senior Designers, to create user-friendly interfaces and improve overall user experience. If you’re passionate about creating seamless user experiences and want to grow in a dynamic environment, our client would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Assist in designing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, analyse feedback, and translate insights into design improvements. Work closely with Developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs for both web and mobile based platforms. Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Create visually appealing and functional interfaces using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Support usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design. Required Skills Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Basic understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work (academic, freelance, or personal projects welcome). Experience with animation and video editing tools is advantageous.
