About the role
Our Administrators provide administrative and secretarial support for all activities in the home.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. maintaining accurate financial records and our purchase ordering/sales ledger system
2. taking and transcribing minutes of meetings
3. managing business diaries, organising appointments and making travel arrangements
4. answering the telephone and responding to enquiries
5. completing the relevant checks for new colleagues
6. ordering colleague uniforms
7. promoting choice, dignity and independence .

About you
We value relevant experience and qualifications, but they aren’t essential for this role.

You’ll also have:
8. experience of working in administration or office management
9. efficient data processing skills
10. keen attention to detail
11. the ability to work to deadline
12. an approachable and friendly personality
13. excellent written and verbal communication skills
14. good working IT knowledge and digital skills.
