Our Adult Community Services is looking for a Senior Administrator, and you might fit the bill!
Main duties of the job
1. Manage a team of admin staff.
2. Be responsible for monthly report collating and writing.
3. Carry out annual appraisals/PDR's and regular 121's for your team.
4. Be responsible for the recruitment of admin staff into your team.
5. Have a good understanding of IT systems.
6. Attend monthly budget meetings.
7. Chair meetings with your team.
8. Undertake project work and audit work when required.

Person Specification
Experience
* Experience of line management of staff within designated area of responsibility.
* Experience of recruitment and selection processes.
* Experience of being able to understand and explain complex data.
* NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
* Experience of working in the NHS or other similar establishment.
* Understanding and awareness of the impact of change within an organisation and staff.
* Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours.
* Experience of staffing issues & HR within a team.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
