We are looking for a Front of House professional to join the office support team of a thriving consultancy firm based in one of London's most iconic buildings. You'll create an outstanding first impression for our visitors while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary welcoming point for all visitors
* Oversee the shared enterprise reception area, meeting suite and kitchen
* Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate all aspects of events
* Handle facilities management and health & safety responsibilities
* Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
* Manage office supplies, deliveries and general administrative duties
* Support ESG initiatives and internal social events
* Serve as trained Fire Marshal & First Aider
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience in front of house operations within a professional environment
* Outstanding customer service skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
* Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn internal systems
* Experience with procurement and budget management
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
