If the answer is yes to all of the above, then Hooray may have the role for you Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client within the education and healthcare sector to assist in the recruitment for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis Benefits: Perks of appreciation - chocolates, food, tea & coffee pods, Christmas hampers etc Wellbeing Champions Life Assurance Access to Perkbox Employee Assistance Programme Car Leasing scheme Cycle to work scheme Health cash back plan Continued professional development As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will: Advise and support the Service Leadership teams with people management issues Support investigating management to ensure investigations are robust and carried out in a timely manner Support regional HR Administrators to ensure documents are produced to the appropriate standard Coach, guide and train line managers in the development of their people management skill Play a key role in the development and maintenance of the HR policies, procedures and toolkits Provide support on the delivery of ER projects To be successful as an Employee Relations Advisor, you will: Have an up to date knowledge of UK employment law Be experienced in TUPE legislation Hold excellent interpersonal skills - written and verbal Have proven experience in building effective and positive relationships with managers In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience. Please note, this is a remote based role, with regular travel (once a week) to head office in Gloucester.
