Telesales Advisor
One of the country's leading insurance companies has a new exciting sales role.
Salary: £23,500/annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch - 35 hours a week

The Job
Working to realistic telephone sales targets, the successful person will enjoy developing sales opportunities from the current pipeline of small commercial prospects:
1. Involving outbound calls to existing and potential clients, obtaining general insurance renewal dates and new quotations to pass to the sales team to quote
2. Delivering the highest level of customer service
3. Working on the CRM, updating records for every customer conversation and contact, ensuring all notes are captured clearly, accurately, and timely
The Person
Confident communicator with previous sales/customer service experience:
1. Good MS Office keyboard skills with CRM experience
2. Persuasive and credible team player
3. Good written and spoken English
4. Own transport & full UK driving licence
