Your new role Ensure the accuracy of the airtime billing database (NIBS) and manage activations, deactivations, and service package changes. Oversee and manage airtime processes for timely completion and accurate monthly billing cycles. Conduct regular checks for errors and resolve issues prior to the billing run. Validate and issue invoices accurately, addressing customer queries promptly. Extract and present analytical reports related to billing and activations. Process prepay voucher sales orders and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Provide support and training for NIBS and INSIGHT modules, review supplier invoices, and handle complaints. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in billing and provisioning with a strong track record in global customer service. Familiarity with telecom billing software and processes, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly or escalate as needed. Strong prioritisation, multitasking abilities, and effectiveness under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a self-motivated attitude and keen interest in learning. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, complex lookups) and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word. Highly organised, methodical, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with a customer-focused and collaborative approach.
