We have an exciting opportunity to join our family-run letting agency. We’re a friendly team looking for our next Assistant Letting Agent Property Manager. You will be a people person who can apply your developed customer-service skills to this busy role. As the successful applicant, you will be an integral part of the team and assist with managing the company’s residential property portfolio.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the lettings process, including:
1. Viewings
2. Creating tenancies
3. Maintenance coordination
4. Responding effectively to tenant, landlord and contractor enquiries
5. Carrying out marketing videos and photos
6. Managing property keys
7. Completing all connected admin via the letting software
You must be:
1. Friendly
2. An experienced customer service specialist
3. A natural problem-solver
4. An excellent communicator
5. Fluent in written and spoken English
Ideally, you will have one year’s Property Management Experience, but this is preferred rather than essential. Experience with SME Professional’s cloud-based letting software would also be beneficial.
This role is offered on a full-time basis, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Experience:
1. A minimum of 1 year residential property lettings experience
2. A confident, self-starter who can manage their time effectively and efficiently
3. I.T proficient at all levels
4. Ability to work within a busy team and manage a diary
5. A full driving license is a must
