CK Group are looking for an experience medical sales representative for an urgent role with a pharmaceutical company about to launch within Ophthalmology. This role will cover the Birmingham area.
This is a 2 year contract with the potential for extension, offers a competitive salary, excellent bonus, car allowance and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales account management to promote to HCPs and healthcare accounts.
* Develop account plans for England Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Integrated Care Systems (ICS').
* Promotional and strategic sales to drive depth of prescribing and formulary inclusion.
* Identify local market access and services that need optimising.
* Delivering results against agreed KPIs and project objectives.
* Engage with and develop National/Regional KOLs.
* Execute multichannel customer interactions to build long-term customer relationships by applying patient-focused interactions.
Requirements:
* ABPI qualified.
* Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Strong influencing, selling and negotiation skills.
* Understanding of NHS structure, policies, drivers in line with their local health economy
* Excellent customer engagement skills
* UK Driving Licence
