Your Role
As Operations Manager – Telemedicine, you’ll be responsible for building and optimizing the workflows that power our clinical services. From onboarding physicians and refining consultation processes to driving platform improvements, you’ll be at the operational core of our telemedicine experience.
This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on, start-up mentality, strong operational instincts, and a passion for making healthcare more accessible and efficient. Prior experience in telemedicine, working closely with medical professionals, or in the medical cannabis space is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
1. Physician Onboarding & Support: Lead the onboarding process for doctors, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform, and provide ongoing operational support and training.
2. Experience Optimization: Continuously enhance the patient and doctor experience by gathering feedback, identifying friction points, and implementing improvements.
3. Workflow Design & Automation: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation to streamline scheduling, consultation flow, and service delivery.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Customer Service, IT, and Marketing teams to optimize platform engagement and operational efficiency.
5. Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and report on key metrics such as consultation volume, doctor engagement, and satisfaction rates to drive strategic improvements.
6. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations comply with German healthcare laws, telemedicine best practices, and GDPR data privacy standards.
7. Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Act as a point of contact for operational challenges, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
What You Bring
1. 3+ years of experience in operations, platform management, or healthcare technology—ideally within telemedicine or a SaaS-driven environment.
2. Strong process thinking and a track record of improving workflows and implementing automation.
3. Comfort working closely with doctors and healthcare professionals in a professional, supportive capacity.
4. Previous experience in medical cannabis operations or compliance is appreciated.
5. A proactive, analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
6. Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)—required.
7. A hands-on, start-up mentality—you’re flexible, fast-moving, and ready to build solutions from the ground up.
8. Familiarity with GDPR and German healthcare regulations is a plus.
