About the Role
We are on a mission to inspire and empower young dancers while building a thriving dance movement across Cheshire, Lancashire, and Merseyside!
We’re searching for a passionate and dynamic Dance Instructor who is ready to lead exciting dance classes, create powerful choreography, and ignite confidence in students of all ages.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Lead High-Energy Classes – Teach street, hip-hop, and contemporary dance to students aged 3–18.
2. Choreograph Stunning Routines – Prepare students for performances & competitions that showcase their talents.
3. Empower & Inspire – Instil confidence, discipline, and essential life skills through dance.
4. Organise Rehearsals – Ensure students are fully prepared for live shows & competitions.
5. Teach in Schools & Clubs – Lead after-school programmes, birthday parties & holiday workshops.
6. Grow Your Own Dance Community – Build your class numbers and earn bonuses for every student onboarded & retained.
7. Promote Your Classes – Use social media & local events to spread the word (we’ll provide marketing support!).

Requirements:
1. 1+ year of dance teaching experience (essential)
2. Proficiency in hip-hop, street dance, or contemporary styles
3. Strong communication & leadership skills
4. A valid driving licence (for travel to schools & studios)
5. A DBS check & First Aid Certificate (we’ll help with this if you don’t have one yet)
6. Fluent English speaker (required)
