The city has just adopted the Liverpool Active City Strategy and is aiming for Liverpool to be the most active major city by 2034. The role of Physical Activity and Sport (PAS) Business Support Officer is critical to supporting the implementation of this strategy. In addition, there will be opportunities to become involved with other physical activity projects around the city. The role: As a Business Support Officer, you will work with a fantastic and diverse network of stakeholders You as the Business Support Officer will support delivery of small projects and initiatives aimed at supporting people with the most barriers to be physically active You will be comfortable operating in fast pace multi-agency environments which achieves the best outcomes for the people of Liverpool Within the role as the Business Support Officer, you will be skilled at preparing, reviewing and maintaining documents and plans to support the implementation of the Liverpool Active City Strategy You as the Business Support Officer will need to have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support and motivate the people you engage with The role of Physical Activity and Sport (PAS) Business Support Officer is fixed term for six months to provide temporary business support during the role out of strategy and pending review of service.
