We're currently recruiting a dedicated Account Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
1. To manage a team of Account Managers to help them support their customers. The role will involve visiting customers with the relevant Account Manager on a regular basis. Undertake regular 121's with the team, set objectives and PDP's as well as identify development needs and implement the appropriate training programmes.
2. Part of the escalation process for any issues that cannot be resolved at Account Manager level.
3. To create effective Account Plans and to use these as tactical tools to retain & grow existing business.
4. Closely managing Price; Quality & Service with each assigned customer through:
1. Price Checking of new contract SKU's.
2. Invoice Checking Audits to ensure suppliers are upholding agreed tendered prices.
3. Managing suppliers against agreed SLA's.
4. Assisting with the mobilisation of any new wins/business.
5. Building and maintaining customer relationships by being professional & efficient.
6. Ensuring that all customer meetings have clear objectives and feedback. Action points are fully captured within the customer folders.
7. Take ownership of any day to day supply and quality issues and to resolve with the relevant supplier.
8. Supporting Commercial team in maintaining customer price files.
9. To offer support to customers with online ordering systems (Freshmarket, Marketman, Procure Wizard, Fourth etc.).
10. Representative for Equinoxe in GPO Project Groups, taking ownership for any new plans or processes and rolling these out internally.

6. Attention to Detail: Focussed on detail and accuracy with regard to written communication, statistics, system input and excel spreadsheets.
7. Communication skills: Can communicate simply and easily with people using the appropriate language and style. Must be able to express ideas well and give information and explanations that are clear and understood.
8. Commercially Aware: Aware of business opportunities and what is going on in the market place.
