Required Skills
* Extensive experience of assembly line scheduling
* Need a Planner who does scheduling for production Engineering
* Experience of resource planning
* Competent in all Microsoft tools, SAP, MS Project, and Primavera
* Responsible for the creation and ongoing updating of detailed production schedules for an assembly line based on project requirements
* Controls and monitors production to ensure a smooth throughput of the production orders, taking into account the optimum use of resources
Tasks
* Creation of production schedules based on the overall project schedule
* Control the production sequences to reach optimum use of resources with effective resource planning
* Track progress of production orders
* Implementation of measurement criteria and control
* Record or monitor workflow (completion reports) to map the current production status
* Perform target/actual comparison of the dates based on the actual reports
* Detect schedule deviations
* Develop schedule control measures
* Coordinate material movements between production units to ensure an optimum production run
