Responsibilities:
* Create individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
* Work closely with educational psychologists and speech therapists.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.
* Monitor student progress regularly.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet each student’s unique needs.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience in creating personalized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
* Ability to collaborate with specialists such as educational psychologists and speech therapists.
* Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
* Willingness to monitor and adapt teaching strategies based on student progress.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
* DBS check registered to the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
Salary: £120-£180 per day, reflecting qualifications and experience.
