In this pivotal role, you’ll join a growing SAP Customer Engagement Team as a Senior SAP Retail and AFS Solution Architect and have the opportunity to work with experienced and talented colleagues on a variety of different retail related SAP projects including Transformation, S/4HANA migrations, Proof of concepts and Strategic studies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the SAP Apparel and Footwear Solution (AFS) and demonstrate a strong ability to manage projects, provide expert consulting, and deliver solutions tailored to our clients' needs in the retail sector.

Your role
* Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP AFS implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
* Consulting: Provide expert consulting services to clients, understanding their business processes and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
* Design and implement SAP AFS solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
* Develop architectural strategies and implementation plans for SAP AFS and related systems.
* Ensure seamless integration of SAP AFS with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
* System Configuration: Configure the SAP AFS module according to business requirements, including pricing, inventory management, and order processing.
* User Support: Offer post-implementation support to end-users, resolving issues related to the AFS module and ensuring optimal system performance.
* Documentation: Develop comprehensive project documentation including business blueprints, functional specifications, and user manuals.
* Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on SAP AFS functionalities and best practices.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, FICO, and ABAP developers to ensure seamless integration of systems.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP landscape and implement enhancements.
Your skills and experience
* In-depth knowledge of SAP AFS modules, including Master Data, Purchasing, Merchandise Logistics, Allocation, Replenishment and Quality Management.
* Strong knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules.
* Strong understanding of business processes in the fashion industry.
* Experience with integration of AFS with other SAP modules (e.g., WM, FICO).
* Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Fashion is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
