Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Keighley Join the journey with Rotherwood Recruitment We’re growing our presence in Keighley and looking for a driven, experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing temp team. You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced environment with a strong portfolio of existing clients, so the ability to hit the ground running is key. If you're someone who thrives under pressure, loves a challenge, and delivers service with substance – we want to hear from you. What you’ll be doing: Attracting and sourcing top-quality candidates through a variety of channels Interviewing and assessing candidates to match them with the right opportunities Conducting regular service reviews with clients to ensure we’re exceeding expectations Proactively generating new business through sales, lead gen and marketing activity Managing high-volume temp accounts with efficiency and professionalism What we’re looking for: Recruitment experience is essential – ideally within temporary Industrial placements A cool head under pressure – deadlines and demands don’t throw you, they motivate you A team player who values strong relationships and gets stuck in Confident on the phone and comfortable working to targets Someone who brings both energy and integrity to their role You’ll be joining a passionate and supportive team in Keighley – we work hard, we laugh harder, and we’re proud of the service we deliver.
