Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across our global offices
* Apply Topgrading methodology to conduct thorough candidate assessments and ensure cultural fit
* Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and understand evolving talent needs
* Utilise AI to leverage data analytics to provide insights on recruitment metrics and market trends
* Create compelling employer branding content with our marketing team
* Build and nurture talent pools through proactive sourcing and relationship management
* Optimise the candidate experience from initial contact through to successful onboarding
* Maintain detailed recruitment records and ensure compliance with hiring policies

We would love to work with you if you:
* Have 6+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience
* Possess strong technical recruitment experience, particularly in AI, ML, and engineering roles
* Demonstrate experience in fintech recruitment (preferred)
* Show proficiency in modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
* Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Bring a data-driven approach to talent acquisition
* Are comfortable working with global teams across different time zones
* Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies in recruitment processes
We pay competitive salaries based on your skills, qualifications, experience and market rates. Additionally, you'll be eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
