An experienced Property Management professional is required to oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio, including commercial, industrial, and retail assets.
The position involves regular engagement with institutional fund management clients and overseeing a team of property managers, graduates, and on-site staff. Collaboration with the Property Accounts team is also essential to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, occupiers, and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and excellent service delivery.
* Manage service charge budgets and expenditure, ensuring compliance with lease obligations and statutory requirements.
* Prepare and present detailed client reports on property management performance, addressing service quality and financial management, including rent collection and occupier indebtedness.
* Lead client relationships by overseeing portfolio matters, including compliance, health & safety, and the collation of environmental data.
* Provide strategic advice on value-enhancement initiatives such as rent reviews, lease negotiations, and other asset management activities.
About You
* A proactive, practical, and positive approach to work with a focus on delivering results.
* MRICS qualification preferred.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain gravitas with clients.
* Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members, including graduates and apprentices working toward professional qualifications.
