Job summary This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Recovery & Rehabilitation Service in Exeter. The post holder will be responsible for the effective operational management of the Recovery & Rehabilitation Team RRT comprising the intensive inpatient, intensive community and ongoing community and rehabilitation phases of the pathway. They will use effective leadership, change management and team building skills to improve the mental, physical, and social health of those with complex psychosis through the monitoring, evaluation and development of the service provided, and setting standards for care and medicine management. They will have responsibility for the line management of staff and the financial and performance management of the service. In conjunction with the Community Services Manager the post holder will work to engender a recovery focused culture which prioritises social inclusion by means of collaborative care planning and psychosocial interventions, using the principles of positive risk management, new ways of working and appropriate clinical pathways. It is not envisaged that this post will carry a caseload, however, an individuals job plan may include clinical work.
