Driving the continuous improvement of equipment reliability and availability by leading Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) activities. Collaborating closely with Planning and Maintenance teams to meet Maintenance Excellence objectives. Playing a pivotal role in the implementation and refinement of our group standards, acting as a key supporter for Maintenance Managers. Identifying and applying advanced tools and techniques for improving maintenance practices and reliability outcomes. Championing Root Cause Analysis processes, providing guidance and coaching to ensure effective problem-solving and continuous improvement. What do you need to qualify: A time-served Electrical/Mechanical Engineer or equivalent qualification (e.g., HNC in Electrical Engineering or an apprenticeship in Automation/Controls). Strong technical experience within high-speed manufacturing environments, including knowledge of Maintenance Excellence tools such as FMECA. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team toward shared objectives. Proven ability to solve complex problems, and drive improvements through teamwork and collaboration between Engineering and Operations. Familiarity with utilities (gas, water, high-pressure boiler systems) and safety/environmental legislation. Strong IT skills, including experience with PC-controlled machinery, preventative maintenance systems, and SAP-based stores.
