The Learning & Development (L&D) team within our Talent & Organisational Development team at the BHF are recruiting a coordinator to support the team in administrative duties.
As L&D Coordinator youll manage the internal L&D mailbox and respond to day-to-day queries. You will also be responsible for the coordination of training events such as venue booking, lunch, travel and accommodation as required.
Youll upload digital courses to Workday Learning and manage the enrolment of mandatory training, including creating quarterly reports to monitor completion levels.
You will also liaise with training owners and other stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues, whilst managing the team requisition process to ensure suppliers are paid promptly.
Working arrangements
This is a blended role, where your work will be dually located between your home and our London office.
At BHF we believe in the power of working together. On a blended contract, you can expect to spend some time in the office, at least one day each week, on average. About you
Youll have excellent administration skills and be highly proficient in MS Office, including Excel.
With previous experience providing admin and coordination support within a HR/L&D context youll have an understanding on learning and organisational development methodologies.
Youll have previous experience managing learning activities through a digital learning management system. With strong communication skills youll be able to create detailed and accurate reports.
