Are you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant in a Legal Firm who wants more?

It's a Monday to Friday role - no weekends - working 8.45am to 5.30pm.

You will be supporting the conveyancing team helping ensure we all drive the business forward with the quickest timescales for completions.
Day to day your role will be:
1. Oversee the progress of property sales from acceptance of an offer to completion.
2. Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other agents to gather and provide necessary information.
3. Monitor and update all parties on the status of property transactions regularly.
4. Act as the main point of contact for clients, solicitors, and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the conveyancing process.
5. Resolve issues and answer queries promptly, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
6. Request and analyse solicitor progress updates.
7. Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner.
8. Monitor land registration for speed of sales progression prior to being passed to solicitors.
9. Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance standards affecting property transactions.
10. Identify and address potential issues that may arise during the sales process, working proactively to find solutions.
11. Hold weekly stock reviews to progress files effectively with management.
12. Collaborate with relevant parties to resolve any challenges and keep the sales process on track.
13. Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients informed and reassured throughout the sales progression.
14. Manage client expectations and handle any concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
