The role would involve working across a handful of branches in Norfolk at an ambitious and growing company.
They are a well established Opticians and have been growing their Audiology offering since early 2024, the new member of staff would be working under a Lead Audiologist. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Audiologist to really help drive the business further.
They are able to offer very flexible working arrangements in regards to the structure of the week and working hours, and can consider both part time and full time.
There would be support on offer to develop specialist skills such as wax removal, micro suction etc.

Key Duties
* Standard Working hours are Monday to Friday, 845am-530pm, however this is negotiable providing an excellent work-life balance with no weekends or late nights required.
* Your key responsibility will be to pro actively help grow the businesses Audiology offering through excellent customer service and communication
* Flexible on where you are predominantly based, however work would take place across 3 surgeries in the Norwich area. Although it would be easier, it is not essential to drive as the practices are generally fairly easy to commute to.
* You will conduct thorough hearing evaluations and recommend hearing solutions from a range of high-end hearing aids, tailored to meet your clients clinical needs, budget, and lifestyle requirements.
* Support on offer to develop skils in wax removal etc
* Part time of full time considered
