We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner BMW Shrewsbury.
As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keep the customer updated at every stage, and address any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses to ensure timely completion. Additionally, you will offer the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You'll take the time to talk to people, build genuine rapport, and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
Sytner Service Advisors work various flexible shifts, which may include weekends, to ensure we provide the highest levels of service.
About you
Don't worry if you lack previous experience; we welcome applications from individuals eager to learn and grow. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by BMW to support your career development.
Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial, as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy, demanding environment.
Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but is not essential.
