IT Support Analyst
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team at May & Stephens, a leading Chartered Accountancy firm in the heart of the city.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st, 2nd, and elements of 3rd line IT support to a varied user base of over 900 users.
* Act as an escalation point for the internal IT Support team.
* Deliver IT support to fee earners and VIPs, including new starter inductions and application super user training.
* Assist in the creation of IT processes and daily tasks.
* Work within a shift rotation and provide out of hours support on rotation.
Requirements:
* Excellent working knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and desktop/laptop imaging.
* Working experience of Active Directory / Azure Active Directory and Exchange.
* Knowledge of MS SharePoint online.
* Ability to take initiatives and provide inputs for process improvements within the team.
* Creating and updating knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
* Positive can-do attitude and approach to working within an existing IT team.
* Knowledge of service management methodologies (ITIL) and ITSM tools.
* Technically capable with excellent troubleshooting skills.
