Company: Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our [team name] team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is a great opportunity to work within Guy Carpenter’s cyber practice. In this role, you will have access and exposure to a wide range of clients, including international insurance and reinsurance carriers, Lloyd’s syndicates and MGAs / InsurTechs. We are open to all levels of experience, however to be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical expertise in reinsurance structures & wordings, with a strong desire to learn the intricacies of cyber coverages. We will count on you to: Advise clients of requirements for technical underwriting information and assist them in production of presentations. Lead complex placement / broker support activities on accounts. Receive and monitor technical questions from underwriters and advise clients as to the responses required. Discuss contract requirements with clients and help brokers negotiate contracts with underwriters. Monitor the binding of coverage and take responsibility for the accuracy of placement documentation. Develop a detailed understanding of changing insurance and risk management market conditions and keep clients and account executives updated of developments affecting various types of products. Liaise with premium processing and fiduciary accounting departments to ensure timely processing, credit control and resolution of queries.
