Job Outline: Golley Slater is looking for a Creative Services Executive to join our thriving creative services/production team. The Creative Services Executive is an integral member of the creative services team, working to support the Agency with the smooth flow of work between the account management team and the creative department, and ensuring work is produced on time and within budget and with an effective use of resource. The Creative Services Executive assists in the trafficking and scheduling of work within the studio and the coordination of production shoots working with in-house and external producers. What you will be doing: Assisting with the weekly scheduling of work into and out of the creative department. Working alongside Head of Creative Services and Traffic and Production Manager to manage effective and efficient use of freelance resource and supplier services. Setting up freelancers and suppliers, ensuring all paperwork and contracts are up to date, as well ensuring POs are raised in a timely manner. Co-ordinating voice over recording sessions, including liaison with internal account teams, VO agent and sound studios. Purchasing footage, images and/or music and ensuring the correct usage licensing rights are obtained. Researching relevant artwork licensing when required and ensure brief references are not directly copied or imitated. Co-ordinating production shoots under the supervision of the Creative Services Manager. What we are looking for: A s trong understanding of creative services industry including production shoots, photography, copyright and licensing, as well as UK broadcast guidelines An understanding broadcast delivery for UK TVC/VoD campaign and assist Senior Production Coordinator in the fulfilment of deliverables.
