Working as part of an established and committed team, this is a newly created permanent vacancy, working full-time hours (100%) office-based Monday to Friday. Looking to offer an annual salary up to £30,000 plus 25 days plus a range of excellent employee benefits. His client is passionate about innovation and excellence; therefore, the Sales Administrator must demonstrate previous, relevant employment experience gained in a similar field. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process customer orders efficiently using SAP. Coordinate with the sales/production and materials teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Maintain and update customer records in the SAP system, producing correspondence on MS Office (Word, Outlook). Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via telephone, via email. Assist in preparing sales reports and analysing sales data, sharing with senior management. Support the technical sales team with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Ideally seeking a good level of education in English and Maths Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role within the manufacturing sector. Proficiency in SAP and strong knowledge of managing customer orders. Confident in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
