Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a Social & Emotional Support Worker to work in Primary Schools in Swindon, SN4.
The students you will be working with have either ASD/Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH), learning disabilities, or have been identified as having a statement of educational need or an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The school prides itself on being part of a supportive federation, aiming to support every child to develop self-esteem, achieve challenging personal targets, and foster a love for learning.
The ideal candidate will be professional and passionate about SEND/SEMH, with the ability to adapt to meet individual needs, including excellent behaviour management.

All pay rates quoted will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, with the option to make this role permanent in some cases.
