Tasks
1. Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
2. Assign sales workers to duties
3. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
4. Order merchandise
5. Authorize return of merchandise
6. Establish work schedules
7. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
8. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
9. Organize and maintain inventory
10. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
11. Accept payment or invoices for items delivered
12. Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas
13. Order supplies and maintain inventory
14. Sort packages for delivery
