We’re thrilled to have been awarded a 10-year Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract by ReNew ELP at the world’s first commercial scale plastic recycling plant and are now looking to form our amazing site team. Based in Teesside, you’ll be key in delivering excellence in safe, efficient operations and maintenance using HydroPRS™ technology to chemically recycle end-of-life plastic. Joining us as we commission and start up, your experience and contributions will see us achieve recycling of over 20,000 tonnes of waste plastic each year, with the scope for expansion as we grow. The Opportunity The primary purpose of the position is to be the site Production Manager and in line with business, client & legislative requirements provide leadership and management of Production people, philosophy, strategy, actions, results & compliance during all running states. The Production Manager will lead and manage the Production Department and other assigned personnel ensuring they meet required standards in a safe, timely manner. Overall responsibility for supervision, development, welfare and Production capability & competency in discipline areas & in addressing technical requirements & standard implementation Minimum Requirements: HNC or equivalent in process, chemical mechanical, electrical, control, instrumentation, and /or time served apprenticeship in a related engineering/process discipline. IOSH Certificate – Managing Safely Experience of managing chemical process plant and/or waste recycling/material handling operations, maintenance, or engineering in a 24/7 operational environment. Developing, implementing & evaluating systems, upgrades, improvements & modifications (Management of Change).
