Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and dealing with both calls and emails from customers requiring assistance
2. Dealing with customers who attend the store in a professional manner
3. Arranging vehicle change overs and vehicle rotation for customers
4. Identifying vehicles requiring service and MOT, booking them in and communicating this with our customers
5. Dealing with the processing of new rentals, and off-hires
6. Processing hire invoices for customers
7. Managing and processing jobs for vehicles off the road
8. Managing and processing breakdowns for customers
9. Any other relevant tasks supporting the wider business
Experience And Qualifications:
Required skills & Experience:
1. Computer Literate
2. Excellent communicator with customer service experience
3. Friendly, positive ‘Can-Do’ attitude, with a ‘yes’ approach to our customers
4. Full Driving License
5. Looking to take an active role in the development and growth of our business
