A major bank is driving automation within enterprise infrastructure and are looking for a technical project manager with broad infrastructure experience on large-scale projects in global financial organisations to deliver a significant stream in the build of a new pre-production environment.
You will have a broad understanding of software, hardware, networks and systems design, including mainframe technologies, with proven technical project delivery experience, and experience leading teams of automation and testing engineers, to deliver various critical requirements for the environment. This will also include driving CI/CD integration, identifying and driving automation opportunities, and satisfying various non-functional (specifically capacity and performance) requirements for the environment.
You should apply for this role if you are/have:
* 5+ years technical project management experience in global financial firms
* Large scale technical project delivery experience within enterprise infrastructure
* Broad experience in infrastructure including system design, networking and mainframes
* Strong automating tooling, frameworks and tooling experience (Java, Python, Selenium)
* Understanding if CI/CD framework integrations in Jenkins/GitLab
* Automation tooling experience in Selenium, TestNG and Appium
* Strong testing knowledge and test data management experience
* Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution
This is a £500-550/day PAYE role, based London initially for six months.
