Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Office Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the team, helping keep the office running smoothly and supporting various day-to-day tasks. This is a great role for someone who's detail-oriented, organised, and excited to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Help maintain office safety procedures and assist with fire drills
Support site security and manage office supplies
Book travel arrangements and organise meetings and events
Welcome visitors, manage calls, and respond to emails
Help set up meeting rooms and handle couriers and postage
Assist with administration tasks like formatting documents and organising schedules
Support our client's volunteering and fundraising initiatives
What You'll Need
Strong communication skills-friendly and professional
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
