Your Role:
As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery. Here's what you'll be doing:
1. Responsible for booking PPMs for scheduled service visits with the in-house team of mobile engineers and external subcontractors.
2. Collaborating with subcontractors to secure RAMS for visits.
3. Keeping customers informed of maintenance schedules and ensuring all appointments are planned perfectly.
4. Assigning work orders to field engineers using cutting-edge electronic systems or via direct communication.
5. Acting as the vital link between customers and operations management to guarantee smooth delivery.
6. Managing tasks efficiently to ensure all services are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Carrying out additional administration duties which include: raising quotes, creating jobs on the systems, and POs, ordering parts, and managing engineer's diaries.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
1. Previous experience working in a busy FM Helpdesk would be advantageous.
2. Proficiency with tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3. A confident and professional telephone manner.
4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Experience thriving in a fast-paced, multi-discipline office environment.
6. A proactive attitude, whether working solo or as part of a collaborative team.
