Job Title: Project Manager (Construction)
Location: Northampton based - Covering the Leicester to Newcastle
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000

Working hours:40 hours a week – can be flexible on start/finish times About the role Are you an experienced Contracts or Project Manager within the construction sector seeking a new opportunity that promises career growth, a supportive working atmosphere, and the chance to leverage established client relationships and stable projects? Working with the UK's Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping provider, we are in search of an experienced Contracts Manager to lead our high-profile contracts across the Northern regions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the contract(s), ensuring contract performance, successful delivery of objectives, fostering client relationships, effective people management, health and safety compliance, and optimal financial performance. Key Requirements: Proven experience at Contracts Manager or Project Manager level Ability to manage own time and workload independently Prepared to travel regularly across the UK; occasional overnight stays required Site qualifications preferred: SMSTS and CSCS Black Card (or able to obtain one) Based near Northampton (office visits once a week); the rest of the time will be site-based Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple sites concurrently, ensuring projects are delivered
on time and within budget
for tracking and reporting client communication and coordination Collaborate effectively with team members and subcontractors Ensure
