As the Home Manager you will be?responsible for ?ensuring care of the highest quality is provided to r esidents, by developing and leading a caring and motivated team to meet all defined financial and operational? objectives ?for the Home, interacting effectively with all stakeholders. Be a role model in setting, expecting & achieving high standards and sharing good practice. Manage the Home to deliver a strong financial performance, working with the Operations Manager, to achieve budget targets. Develop and maintain strong links to the Homes local community and stakeholders, maximising community interactions with Residents recognising their life-histories, interests and goals. Develop practical and effective working relationships, and strategic partnerships, with CQC, commissioners and monitors of your Home to drive care quality and service developments, maximising the Homes referral opportunities. As CQC Registered Manager for the Home, ensure achievement of Good or Outstanding CQC rating and compliance with company policies and procedures. Continuously improve operational efficiency and care quality, producing and analysing reports and audits to effectively implement Service Improvement Plans together with ongoing monitoring?of improvement?programmes to ensure their? timely ?achievement. Visit and be knowledgeable about key competitor homes and work with the Operations Manager to optimise and develop the Homes positioning in the market,? identifying ?service development and investment opportunities. Key Skills/Qualifications?Required: Must be Nurse Qualified?
