You'll take the lead in Cyber claims from initial advice to settlement, including policy analysis, reserve evaluations, and developing resolution strategies. This position is vital to maintaining Aviva's high standards of technical claims handling and customer service. You'll collaborate closely with claims management, external advisors, market leaders, and brokers, as well as liaising with underwriters and internal stakeholders to enhance our Cyber claims proposition. Skills and experience we're looking for: • Proven experience in handling complex claims. • Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisive judgments on complex cases. • Excellent communication skills, with experience working with a range of stakeholders. • Knowledge of policy wording and ability to liaise effectively with underwriters. • Team player with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
