Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis. This role is 100% remote, so you can work from anywhere while focusing on expanding our client base in the UK, Europe, and the United States. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals for Digneti’s suite of services. Key Responsibilities
* Prospecting & Outreach: Identify potential clients through various channels (in-person networking, email, social media, etc.).
* Client Relationship Building: Initiate contact, nurture leads, and build rapport with decision-makers to understand their digital marketing needs.
* Sales Presentations: Showcase Digneti’s range of services—website development, SEO, marketing, and ads—to align with client objectives.
* Negotiation & Deal Closure: Present proposals, handle objections, and negotiate contracts to close deals and achieve monthly targets.
* Collaboration: Partner with our marketing and project teams to ensure client needs are accurately conveyed for seamless project delivery.
* Reporting: Maintain a record of leads, opportunities, and closed deals; provide regular status updates to the management team.
Qualifications
* Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development (agency or digital marketing sales preferred but not mandatory).
* Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to engage prospective clients and deliver compelling presentations.
* Tech & Digital Savvy: Familiarity with websites, e-commerce solutions, SEO, and advertising trends is advantageous.
* Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently, meeting goals, and managing time effectively in a remote environment.
* Negotiation Skills: Ability to balance client needs and business objectives to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
* Adaptability: Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry best practices, evolving digital trends, and new technologies.
Compensation & Contract Details
* Contract Type: This is a contract role.
* Compensation: Commission-only. Your earnings will be directly proportional to the deals you close. The more clients you bring in, the higher your income potential.
