Our state-of-the-art facility in Teesside is well under construction, and we're actively seeking a Training Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
1. Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and litigious matters.
2. Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
3. Design and deliver legal training materials to ensure our team is well-prepared and compliant.
4. Work closely with external counsels to ensure efficient and practical service delivery on complex cases.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:
1. 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably with experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
2. A commercial mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong project management abilities.
3. Analytical thinking and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, solutions-driven environment.
