What's involved with this role: Temporary Coordinator/Admin - Operations Support/Property Services Job Ref: SGN 5258394 Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour PAYE Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours Role Length: This opening assignment is for 2-3 months City: Blandford Forum, Dorset The successful candidate will be responsible for r scheduling work diaries for trades employees completing repairs and maintenance works for our residents. They will liaise with trade staff and other repairs staff to make sure all appointment targets are met and liaise with residents about their scheduled repair and maintenance works. Key Responsibilities: To take responsibility to deliver the right outcome for our customer in a safe and timely way. Promote a positive collaborative culture of Property, Building Safety and Compliance. Take personal responsibility for escalating any concerns. Work collaboratively with other teams, internal and external and all business areas. Work flexibly across business areas to support peaks and troughs in workload. Build a partnering relationship based on trust with field stakeholders. Identify near term/real time resourcing requirements for Property Services field based operations to enable proactive intervention and avoid risk. Seek opportunities to improve performance and offer solutions. Assist in the provision of performance information. Ensure data and information is correctly logged in appropriate systems. Maintain all appropriate systems with accurate information. Ensure property and operative are equipped to enable a successful outcome. Provide a first point of contact within your area for business partners. Qualifications: 5 GCSE's, Grades A-C, or equivalent including English and Mathematics. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation. Experience of operating within a fast paced highly regulated environment. Evidence of excellent customer service achievements in a busy delivery environment. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret and use complex data. Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to engage and influence others to deliver the best outcomes. Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental legislation with focus on compliance within all activities undertaken by the teams. Ability to communicate responsibilities to data users and assure the proper use of data within the Customer Data Domain. Understanding of data breaches, associated implications and industry standards of preventing/triaging a breach. Knowledge of methods to monitor the quality of data and identify issues e.g. reconciliation. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite, Mosaic).
