TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement, and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet, and print media.
The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring a consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities
* Should possess expert knowledge and innovative skills to source and attract active & passive talent from different sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach to identify potential candidates for direct labour positions).
* Communication and Stakeholder management is key to be successful in this role as you work with global stakeholders and a matrix organization.
* Good understanding of the manufacturing industries in the local market, able to map talents, develop business intelligence for sourcing strategies and techniques.
* Manage end-to-end hiring process: Source, resume screen, phone screen, schedule interviews, offer documentation, and onboarding.
* Should have good knowledge and hands-on experience in any applicant tracking systems (ATS) and be more system-oriented to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates in the ATS.
* Should be able to collaborate well and build good working relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand and prioritize their staffing needs.
* Should be process-oriented to comply with all recruiting and hiring practices aligning to TE’s global TA process/policies and comply with local legal and statutory requirements.
* Should be data & metrics driven and be able to independently provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
* Experience in managing end-to-end Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) processes.
What your background should look like:
* 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role in-house or 3rd party agency is desirable.
* Ability to do recruitment testing is an advantage.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment advantageous.
* Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system, preferably SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.
* A subject matter expert in the full recruitment cycle is advantageous.
* Must be able to manage competing demands while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
* Experience in GDPR regulations and able to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
* Should have strong attention to details.
* Should be excellent in MS Office tools and other relevant applications.
* Should be able to multitask and proactively identify and overcome challenges.
* Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership in scaling hiring execution is advantageous.
* The ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
