£35k DOE | REMOTE | MANCHESTER, EXETER, LONDON, BIRMINGHAM
Our client, A leading professional services organisation is offering an exciting opportunity for an ExperiencedWorkflow & Document Administrator to join their team remotely. This dual-role position (50% Document Production Specialist, 50% Workflow Coordinator) is perfect for candidates with strong document production experience looking to broaden their responsibilities.
This is a fully remote role, working from 2 PM to 10 PM, with a competitive salary starting at £35,000 and increasing to £36,000 after probation. Occasional travel to one of the offices in Manchester, Exeter, London, or Birmingham will be required.
Workflow & Document Administrator Responsibilities:
* Manage workflow processes, ensuring efficiency and meeting deadlines
* Produce and review various documents, maintaining accuracy and adhering to deadlines
* Interpret complex briefs, seek clarifications, and ensure clear communication
* Monitor and manage requests via the Centre inbox and related systems
Workflow & Document Administrator Requirements:
* Proven, recent, experience in document production and familiarity with related technologies within a Law Firm
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong technical skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-pressure environment
* Strong communication and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
